Yes. During early access everything is free: unlimited bookings and clients, your whole team, the booking page and deposits. No credit card to sign up. After early access there will be one flat monthly price per location, and you'll hear from us before anything changes.
Never. Cherry doesn't take a cut of your services, new clients or deposits. Deposits are paid by card through Stripe, which charges its standard processing fee. Cherry adds nothing on top.
You choose per service: a percentage or a flat amount. When a client books online, the visit stays pending until the deposit is paid, then confirms itself. If they cancel before your cancellation window, they're refunded. After it, you keep the deposit.
Soon. WhatsApp is in early access, and salons using Cherry today get priority. You don't have to wait to meet it: open Assistant preview in your dashboard and chat with Cherry AI as a client would. It answers with your real services, prices and availability.
